Jeffrey M. Gault
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gault has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2012. Mr. Gault is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of experience in leading and developing successful business enterprises. Mr. Gault is an architect and environmental planner who has held senior executive positions with respected institutions including H.F. Ahmanson & Co; Home Savings of America F.A.; Sun America, Inc; and KB Homes. Mr. Gault has been a managing partner of joint ventures with affiliates of Whitehall Funds/Goldman Sachs and Northstar Realty Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute Governor, and a board member of Morgans Hotel Group. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Environmental Design from Yale University.
Allison Aden
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Aden joined the company in October 2012, as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Aden served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Recall Corporation (Brambles Limited), a global provider of document management software, data protection, secure data and document destruction services. Prior to Recall Corporation, Ms. Aden was the Chief Financial Officer at LNR Property Corporation, a real estate investment and management company, where she oversaw financial analysis and resource management for the company's $1.5 billion asset division. Ms. Aden is an active CPA with a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
Fred Boehler
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Boehler has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February of 2013. Prior to joining our executive team, he served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain with SUPERVALU, Inc., a leading grocery retailer and wholesaler supplying more than 4,300 stores. Prior to SUPERVALU, Inc., he was Senior Vice President Logistics & Purchasing at Borders Group, Inc., where he oversaw Distribution Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Planning and Purchasing. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Science and Operations from Wright State University and a Masters in International Business from Northern Illinois University.
Greg Bryan
Executive Vice President, Transportation
Mr. Bryan joined the company in May 2002, as our Senior Vice President of Transportation, and has served as our Executive Vice President of Transportation since December 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bryan served as the General Manager of Transportation at Ryder Integrated Logistics Inc. (''Ryder''), where he was responsible for leading Ryder's third-party non-asset-based global transportation group. Prior to his tenure at Ryder, Mr. Bryan held management positions in LogiCorp, Inc., a start-up logistics management company that was acquired by Ryder. Mr. Bryan has also held management positions in transportation with Ford New Holland and Union Carbide Corporation. Mr. Bryan holds a B.S. in Logistics and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
Jeff Hogarth
Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific
Mr. Hogarth has 23 years of service with Americold and its predecessor companies. He started as a temporary employee and now serves as Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific. Prior to his current role Mr. Hogarth has worked in various senior management positions within the organization. During Hogarth’s career, he has studied at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Templeton College - Oxford University, and the University of Melbourne. Jeff holds a University Diploma of Management from Deakin University.

Thomas Musgrave
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Musgrave joined the company in October 2011 and serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining our executive team, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Syncreon, a leading logistics provider where he had responsibility for the global organization. Mr. Musgrave began his career in the financial services industry and has held officer level positions in the finance, insurance, and healthcare industries. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
Jed Milstein
Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Milstein joined the company in May 2013, as our Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the company, he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for TransCentra, a leading billing and payments provider. Prior to TransCentra, he was the Lead Human Resource Executive for Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company where he provided strategic Human Resource leadership to several global Cerberus portfolio companies and board compensation committees. Mr. Milstein holds a JD from George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Todd Sheldon
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Sheldon joined the company in 2013 as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the company he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SUPERVALU, a grocery industry leader with more than 3,400 stores across the country. Prior to SUPERVALU Sheldon worked at Medtronic Inc. as Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel where he managed the worldwide legal function for the Spinal, Biologics and Navigation divisions. Mr. Sheldon holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelors degree in International Relations from University of Michigan.
